The Continence Advisory Service has recently been rebranded. It caters for adults and children over the age of 5 years. Referrals can be made via GPs and other health professionals. Patient self-referrals are also accepted. Find out more here...

Electronic Reporting of Deaths to the Coroner
The Coroners office have changed their reporting procedure recently. Those referring a death are now required to complete an electronic referral form which is sent via secure email to the Coroners Office. This is an interim procedure pending the introduction of an online portal. Read more here...

NHSE Patient Referral Leaflet
