Domestic Abuse Referral Pathways

Did you know that Calderdale has a Domestic Abuse Hub? Would you know what to do and who to call if a patient disclosed that they were a victim of domestic abuse? How would you decide if they were high risk?

The Domestic Abuse Hub team can be contacted by Professionals at anytime for advice on 01422 337257.

GPs can use the Domestic Abuse Flowchart for Primary Care to decide what actions they should be taking and who to refer to. The flowchart also contains numbers of services that can help both victims of abuse as well as perpetrators.
