Receptionist x 2 Positions - 25 hours per week
Please note this role will involve cross site working therefore the postholder will be required to attend at any of the surgery sites.
Post 1 - Monday to Friday – 07:30am – 12:30pm
Post 2 - Monday to Friday – 08:00am – 13:00pm
£10.50 per hour. 28 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays

This is a very busy role to provide reception support and services for the practice.
To provide cover for holiday, sickness and other absences for reception and administration duties at all sites of the Northolme Practice as and when required
To ensure that patient’s enquiries are dealt with courteously and efficiently in person and on the phone. A very high standard of Customer Service is expected at all times. In addition, ensuring filing, record keeping and distribution of documents is undertaken correctly and promptly.
Good computer skills and prior knowledge of emails, Word and Excel is essential. Knowledge of SystmOne, AccuRx and E-consult would also be highly advantageous.
Applicants must be flexible to be able to cover for holidays and annual leave periods.
