NHS Guidance for healthcare teams on the release of adult patients from the secure and detained estate during coronavirus (COVID-19)

The attached guidance relates to the potential contact from prison services for the registration or onward care of patients, e.g. substance misuse/maternity services.

Primary care in care homes during COVID-19 : Wednesday 27 May, 3-4pm

This webinar will share examples of current good practice and collaboration between primary care and care homes, including resources to support virtual ward rounds. EPaCCs training Video

Overgate Hospice have compiled a training video as a resource to assist with the use EPaCCs. It is a live document so can be completed by different people at different times and supports a co-ordinated approach for people who are at end of life. NHS England has published an update on the effect of COVID-19 on people with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, and what people with diabetes should do. Details attached

e) Pride in Practice

LGBT Foundation’s Pride in Practice Training Academy is an online curriculum of LGBT training modules. This service is for anyone who wants to increase their knowledge and confidence of LGBT inclusion at home, at work and in the community and includes the opportunity to become an accredited Pride in Practice Champion.
