Interpreting services 

LMC Medical Secretaries Conference - Dr Loh attended the conference on 19th October 2017 - the theme of which was celebrating and Future Proofing the LMC. 

CCG - Flyer for the Medicines Management reducing prescriptions campaign - Comments were made that the flyer may be misinterpreted. Improved access to GP services questionnaire - It was noted that the questionnaire was very leading.

Bus Pass requests - Private work. Practices can accept and charge for this or decline the work. 

Adult and Children's Services - Practices have started to receive section 47 enquiries due to health visitors being no longer able to supply the information due to information governance. 

Correspondence - Letter from North of England Commissioning Unit about the New Medicines Optimisation Service, A GP Practice was asked to administer Darbopoeitin by the renal unit, letters received where the the GPs were asked to do the initial and subsequent prescription for Ibandronic Acid in post-menopausal women with breast cancer, letter received from GP asking for LMC view on patients being discharged from urology clinic but requesting GP to do and monitor PSA blood tests.
